  This place is a joke!! We rented a pontoon boat, the boat was to have a live well depth finder , when we went to pick up the boat had nothing and the lady was horrible!!!!!!! We are adults we have boats, she was b____ch at us we hadn't even hooked the boat up...Customer service was the worst!! Do not rent from this place!! Had boat a week took it back she said we scratched it above this sticker where you could tell they try to get sticker off .. Seriously she said it was dirty....Hello it's a boat, sand and water get into a boat!! Horrible!!!! Over priced and you get nothing.. Do not rent from this place...

  Awful customer service. Paid nearly $1000 for a pontoon that didn't have a stereo or proper working lights for night rides. The pontoon itself was very nice but was downgraded due to the poor customer service. She claimed she "told" me that the stereo doesn't work when I booked it over a month in advance.. first off she didn't say. Secondly, if you did then that gave you over a month to fix the problem!! The excuse is that there is a lot of moisture that gets to the speakers and the stereo deck.. ok yes you're right because it's a boat that's outside on the water! They make marine grade stereo systems for crying out loud that after one rental it would be paid for. Lack of effort and care. As for the light issue, they wanted me to come back 15 miles each way to pick up a battery powered light for the Bimini. Any other rental place would meet you at a boat launch to either fix the existing light or give you the battery powered light. Long story short use RUNAMUCK OR HAYWARD POWER SPORTS!
